SUMMARY:

Ducati Redmond is seeking a Service Writer who is passionate about all aspects of the motorcycle industry. This role is a chance to join our dealership in an exciting position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and document problems with motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order
• Inform customers of additional services by discussing current service specials as well as any additional work needed
• Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness
• Any duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership
• Assist in parts and accessory sales

• Personable and excellent with customer service
• Passionate about motorcycling
• Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and clean MVR. Upon job offer you will undergo a Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

• P.D.I. (Build & Prepare new motorcycles for sale)
• Basic service, tire swap and oil changes
• Diagnose and repaid motorcycles with efficiency and accuracy
• Accurately and clearly document repaid findings and steps taken in repaid orders
• Communicate finding effectively with customers and staff
• Work closely with parts department to order parts precisely and in a timely manner
• Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership
