SUMMARY:

  • Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness

  • Assist in parts and accessory sales

  • Basic service, tire swap and oil changes
  • Diagnose and repaid motorcycles with efficiency and accuracy
  • Accurately and clearly document repaid findings and steps taken in repaid orders
  • Communicate finding effectively with customers and staff
  • Work closely with parts department to order parts precisely and in a timely manner
  • Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership

  • Able to provide own tools (Service)
